Frequently Asked Questions

Is there another tool like OneClick Code?

Nope!

There are a few sources where you can find national codebooks and search for code. However, there is no other application that gives you automatic answers to jurisdiction, code enforcement, and line items required for a specific property.

I already know the codes. Why would I need OneClick Code?

A: There are three major reasons why OneClick Code can be beneficial even if you're already familiar with the codes:

  1. Regular Updates & Timely Confirmation: You might know the codes, but do you stay updated with the adoption of new codebooks? We take this burden off your shoulders. We consistently contact municipalities several times annually to update our data. Plus, in the event of a storm, we contact them within 72 hours to ensure the information for the affected area is current. In fact, many municipalities are now advising contractors and adjusters to use our app instead of calling them for information.

  2. Accurate Jurisdiction Identification: Are you determining jurisdiction based on zip code or city name? If you're using a USPS address for this purpose, there's a 40-50% chance of inaccuracy! With OneClick Code, you get precise jurisdiction every single time.

  3. Convenient and Acceptable Documentation: We offer PDF documents of the codes that you can easily email, share, print, download, and submit for your estimates. This not only strengthens your estimate's defensibility but also simplifies your workflow. These documents are accepted by insurance carriers, eliminating the need for you to manually cut and paste codes into Word documents.

What is Weather History?

OneClick Code has partnered with HailTrace - powered by Canopy Weather Algorythm to provide historical Wind and Hail storm data for every property in the U.S. Gain visibility into the impact of storms across several different proximities as well as the severity of specific weather events. OneClick includes Weather History as a value-add to our growing suite of reports to help you get paid what you deserve. The past is a pretty solid indicator for the future, so don't miss out on safeguarding every roofing estimate you submit.

What plan is right for me?

Every project begins with an address and represents the roof in question. Plans are calculated by the volume of projects, # of seats available and features included. Depending on the volume of claims you typically process and/or the complexity of the roofs you are servicing, we have designed three different plans. We also have an Enterprise option for those organizations who manage an immense amount of roofs.

The best way to land on a plan is to trial the product and experience the features first-hand. No one has a better handle on your business, so choose the plan that can support the number of projects you need.
