Sr Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle from market opportunity to feature delivery in an agile environment. This role blends strategic roadmap planning with hands-on product ownership, partnering with Engineering, Sales, BI, and Customer Success to drive business results. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SaaS product management or ownership, experience in B2B SaaS, and strong technical skills with APIs, integrations, and system architecture. Experience in construction, insurance, proptech, or AI-powered SaaS is a plus.
 

Dev Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Development Software Engineer to own and scale our internal backend systems that power data operations, customer workflows, and AI-assisted tooling. This role blends hands-on backend development with system ownership, working closely with Data, Customer Success, AI, and Product teams to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of JavaScript backend experience, strong skills in AWS, databases, and internal tooling, and hands-on experience building and supporting AI-driven workflows. Experience in data-driven SaaS or operationally complex environments is a plus.

PT Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our CEO by owning day-to-day executive operations, from calendar and inbox management to travel, events, and office coordination. This role works closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to keep priorities aligned, systems running smoothly, and the CEO focused on high-impact work. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and comfort using modern productivity tools and AI to drive efficiency.
