With this release, OneClick Code now delivers property-specific window and siding code requirements in a downloadable, verified report, giving contractors, insurance carriers, and adjusters a faster, clearer way to align on exterior code compliance from the start.
The Exterior Codes Report translates complex jurisdictional building codes into clear, yes/no determinations, supported by referenced code tables and applicable exceptions. For windows, this may include requirements such as tempered safety glass, Low-E glass, flashing, and air sealing. For siding, the report identifies relevant vapor barriers, wall construction details, and insulation or R-value requirements. The result is a shared source of truth that helps teams create more accurate estimates, reduce rework, and move projects and claims forward with confidence. Like our Building Code Detail Report, this data is available nationwide across more than 32,000 municipalities.
