Sorry to hear that. Upon signing up, a new user will receive a Text Message (SMS) with a verification code. If you recently signed up and haven’t received a text message, then it’s possible that the number provided was mistyped or it's a landline and does not accept text messages.
Not to worry, here are your options: If it’s been more than 15 mins since you signed up, you’re in luck, and your account has already been automatically deleted. Proceed to the signup page to create a new account. Be sure to use a mobile phone number that can receive text messages.

No need to screenshot the codes, we made it easy for you to share! When viewing a code report, look for the blue “PDF” button (like the icon below) in the bottom right corner of the screen. Once you click on it, you can download, print, or share the report.
Note...We also put a secret PDF option that allows users to obtain shingle Manufacture Specifications. If you find it, send us a copy of the report and we’ll send you a $10 Target gift card as a thank you for being a power user!!

Our data team will verify the data point in question and update our database, if necessary, within 48 hours.
