I signed up but I can't login.


Sorry to hear that. Upon signing up, a new user will receive a Text Message (SMS) with a verification code. If you recently signed up and haven’t received a text message, then it’s possible that the number provided was mistyped or it's a landline and does not accept text messages.

We clear unconfirmed accounts after 15 minutes of inactivity. Proceed to the signup page to create a new account. Be sure to use a mobile phone number that can receive text messages.

If you’re still having trouble, feel free to drop us a line at code@oneclickcode.com, and we will help you get signed up.

I entered the wrong email address during sign up.

Please contact us for help, we currently do not offer a way for users to edit their email address.

I am having trouble signing in with Apple or Google

Users can now login via Apple, google or with an email address. Access the login screen here.

If you are having issues with your password for either the Apple or Google login, please contact them directly. We do not manage passwords if you signed up with Apple or Google.

Does it work on mobile and desktop?

Sure does!  Our program works on ANY mobile or desktop device. It's also available on the iOS App Store and Google Play.

How do I share a report ?

No need to screenshot the codes, we made it easy for you to share. When viewing a code report, look for the blue “PDF” button (like the icon below) in the bottom right corner of the screen.  Once you click on it, you can download, print, or share the report.

What states does OneClick cover?

We cover 99.7% of the United States! Some rural areas do not have full coverage at this time. Contact us to report feedback on coverage areas. 

What is the cost to run reports?

Sign up today and try us for 30 days totally FREE! After your 30-day trial has ended, you can sign up for one of our Pro or Pro+ Plans.

How long do we store your data?

We will store your data until you delete your account. To delete your account at any time, send us an email at code@oneclickcode.com, and we will remove your account and delete all reports associated with your account.

I found Roofing Codes that are missing or incorrect?

Our goal is to be the most accurate and reliable source for building codes in the country. However, if you believe a report is missing or contains incorrect data please send us a quick note to code@oneclickcode.com or click on the “FEEDBACK” button on any report. Our data team will verify the data point in question and update our database, if necessary, within 48 hours.

I signed up for a Pro or Pro+ Account and I need more reports. What do I do?

Don't fret! Go ahead and pull as many reports as you need. Anything over your report limit will be charged a per report fee at the same rate as you monthly or yearly per report cost. 

How do I add team members?

We are happy that you want more people to enjoy OneClick Code! 

If you have a Pro account, you can add up to 3 team members. If you want to have more than 3 team members on your account, you must upgrade to a Pro+ subscription. 

If you have a Pro+ account, you may add up to 50 team members. 

To add team members you must be the Team Admin. If you are the admin follow these steps:

1. Login

2. Click on your name in the top right of the screen

3. Click on "MY TEAM"

4. Add a team member. They will receive an email asking them to accept or decline. That is it!
