The new feature gives carriers, contractors, and partners the code data they need to scope jobs accurately from the start, delivering address-level data that previously required manual research into local code books and municipal ordinances.

An estimated 2.1 million residential roofing claims per year in the U.S. are influenced by these data points, which drive scoping, supplements, and settlement outcomes.

## **What it Delivers**

For residential roofing addresses nationwide:

- **Roof Repairs Allowed:** Whether repairs are permissible and the explicit threshold (e.g., up to 25% of roof area).

- **Class 4 Shingle Requirement: **Whether impact-resistant shingles are mandated.
- **Code Narrative:** Plain-language explanation of applicable code provisions.
